How often can grandparents ask the court to see the grandkids?

You are only allowed to ask the court  for grandparent-grandchild contact once every two years, unless something about your grandchild's situation has changed. This means that you want to get it right the first time.  If you don't, you'll have to wait two years before you can ask again.  If you are live in Montana and you are a grandmother or grandfather who wants to spend more time with your grandkids, but the mother or father isn't letting you, you should contact a Matrium Law Group attorney at (406) 552-7814 right away.
